Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery Time: 15–25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to unexpected delays caused by transit carriers, customs processing, or severe weather.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier system.

Missing or Delayed Packages If you have not received your package within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.
